Ingredientes (4 pessoas)                                                                                                        

   8        crepes com aprox. 12cm. de diâmetro                                                                              
   1        porção de molho de ostras (comprado em loja de produtos japoneses)                             
Recheio:                                                                                                                                     
   4        fatias de bacon picado                                                                                                     
   250     gr. de carne de siri bem limpa                                                                                           
   100     gr. de camarão bem picado                                                                                              
   4        colheres (sopa) de azeite de oliva                                                                                     
   1        colher (chá) de açucar mascavo, dissolvido em:                                                                
   2        colheres (sopa) de vinho branco seco                                                                               
   1        colher (chá) de coentro em grão moído na hora                                                                 
   1        colher (sopa) de shoyo                                                                                                     
             sal, pimenta do reino                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                                   
Frite o bacon no azeite quente, acrescente o siri e o camarão. Tempere com o açucar, coentro, shoyo e pimenta. Mexa e deixe no fogo até a mistura tomar uma consistência mais seca. Retifique o sal. Retire do fogo e reserve. Aqueça os crepes. Divida o recheio sobre os crepes. Enrole e amarre com tirinhas de alho-poró ou cebolinha aferventadas. Arrume a metade do molho de ostras numa travessa, coloque os crepes e regue com o molho restante. Decore com salsinha.



CREPES

Ingredientes (18 UNIDADES)                                                                                                  

   12      colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo                                                                                    
   12      claras                                                                                                                              
   1        garrafa de cerveja                                                                                                            
             noz-moscada                                                                                                                   
             sal e pimenta                                                                                                                   
             manteiga para untar a frigideira                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                                   
Bata as claras, acrescente a farinha e continue batendo até formar bolhas. Junte a cerveja e tempere com a noz-moscada, sal e pimenta. Coe e deixe a massa descansar por 15 minutos.
