ZAMPONE COM LENTILHA

Ingredientes (6 pessoas)                                                                                                        

   2        Zampones                                                                                                                      
   2        folhas de louro                                                                                                               
   1        cebola cortada em 8                                                                                                       
   2        dentes de alho                                                                                                                
   ½       lt. de vinho branco                                                                                                          
             salsinha e cebolinha verde                                                                                               
             sal e pimenta do reino em grão                                                                                        
   ½       kg. de lentilha cozida                                                                                                       
             azeite de oliva                                                                                                                 
   1        cebola grande picada                                                                                                      
   2        dentes de alho                                                                                                                
   4        tomates s/pele e sementes, em cubinhos                                                                         
             salsinha e cebolinha verde                                                                                               
             sal e pimenta                                                                                                                  

Embrulhe o zampone em um pano e feche bem. Encha uma panela com água e junte o vinho e os temperos. Ferva por 15 minutos. Acrescente o zampone e cozinhe por 1 ½  hora. Puxe a cebola e o alho no azeite. Acrescente o tomate, cozinhe e tempere com sal e pimenta. Misture a lentilha cozida e deixe ferver. Retifique o tempero. Junte a salsa e a cebolinha.
