MEXILHÕES AO VINAGRETE

Ingredientes (4 pessoas)                                                                                                        

   1 ½   kg de mexilhões com casca                                                                                              
   4        colheres (sopa) de azeite                                                                                                  
   2        colheres (sopa) de suco de limão                                                                                     
   1        colher (café) de mostarda                                                                                                 
   1        cebola pequena picada                                                                                                    
   1        maço de cheiro verde picado                                                                                            
             sal e pimenta                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                                   
   Lave muito bem os mexilhões.                                                                                                   
   Cozinhe-os em :                                                                                                                        
   ½       copo de água                                                                                                                  
   ½       copo de vinho branco seco                                                                                              
   1        maço de cheiro verde                                                                                                       
             sal                                                                                                                                   
   até as conchas abrirem. Tire os mariscos da casca e reserve.                                                     
                                                                                                                                                   
Misture todos os Ingredientes do molho e tempere os mexilhões. Deixe repousar na geladeira por, no mínimo, 12 horas para mesclar os sabores
